Last Updated: 2nd July 2026Welcome to Seohara Express. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seohara Express website, mobile application, and food delivery services. By registering an account, topping up your wallet, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Service Description
Seohara Express operates an in-house kitchen providing fast-food preparation and local delivery services exclusively within the designated limits of Seohara town. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
2. Seohara Express Wallet & Gold Membership
Our platform features a built-in digital wallet system to facilitate seamless transactions and reward customer loyalty.
- Closed System Wallet: Funds loaded into this wallet can solely be used to purchase food and services directly on the Seohara Express platform.
- Gold Membership: Any user who successfully completes a wallet top-up using their bank or UPI via our payment gateway is automatically upgraded to a “Gold Member.”
- Top-Up Bonus: Gold Members are entitled to receive a 15% bonus credit on the top-up amount, which is instantly added to their wallet balance.
- Product Discount: Gold Members receive a flat 10% discount on all food products purchased on the platform.
- Accidental Top-Ups & Refunds: In the rare event that a user accidentally tops up an excessively large amount due to a typographical error, they must contact our support team within 24 hours. Exceptions for bank refunds are strictly at the discretion of Seohara Express management. If a manual refund is approved, it will be processed after deducting all applicable payment gateway processing fees, and any associated Gold Member bonus will be instantly reversed.
- Modification of Benefits: Seohara Express reserves the right to modify, reduce, or terminate the 15% top-up bonus or the 10% Gold Member discount at its sole discretion for future transactions, with appropriate updates reflected on the platform.
3. Products and Pricing
- Quality & Presentation: We strive to ensure the highest quality of our fast food. However, images of products on our platform are for illustrative purposes, and the actual presentation may vary.
- Pricing: All prices listed on the platform are subject to change. Prices applicable to your order will be those displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Orders and Delivery
- Order Acceptance: An order is considered confirmed only when payment is successfully deducted from your Seohara Express Wallet or processed via our gateway.
- Delivery Logistics: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, severe weather, or high kitchen volume.
- Customer Availability: It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the provided delivery address and to respond to the delivery executive’s calls. Failure to receive the order within a reasonable timeframe upon the rider’s arrival may result in order forfeiture without a refund.
5. Force Majeure
Seohara Express shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or disruption in fulfilling our services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, supply chain disruptions (e.g., LPG shortages, raw material unavailability), natural disasters, strikes, or telecommunication breakdowns.
6. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and up to date.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Seohara Express Wallet, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district covering Seohara, Uttar Pradesh.
